Terms of sale
1. Who we are
These terms are issued by Toptenads EOOD, trading as Tiagini, a single-member limited liability company under Bulgarian law, 12 Sv. Kliment Ohridski Street, flat 10, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria, registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register under UIC 203203253, VAT number BG203203253. Email: contact@tiagini.com. 2. Who these terms are for
These terms apply to orders placed on tiagini.com by consumers in the European Union. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
3. Placing an order and when the contract is made
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. We accept your offer when we dispatch the goods and send you the shipping confirmation email. At that moment the contract is made. If we cannot accept an order, for example because an item is no longer available or a price was wrong, we tell you and refund any payment at once.
4. Contract language and your order details
The contract is made in English. Before you confirm your order on the checkout page, you can check and change the items, quantities, delivery address and payment method. We store the details of your order. You receive them in the order confirmation email and can see them in your account on tiagini.com.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro and include VAT and import duties. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout. If we do not accept your order, we refund the payment at once.
6. Delivery
We dispatch within 3 to 5 working days and deliver within 7 to 14 days from dispatch by tracked courier. Details and costs are in our Shipping policy and at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, receive them.
7. Your right to withdraw
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving a reason. How to do this, what we refund and the return address are in our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms. A cancellation form is included there. You pay the cost of returning the goods.
8. Faulty goods and legal guarantee
We must deliver goods that match their description and are free from defects. If goods are faulty, you may ask for repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, a price reduction or a refund. These rights last two years from delivery under EU law and may last longer under the law of your country.
9. Product information
We state each product's fibre composition in percent by weight, as on its label. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the product.
10. Our liability
We are liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for any liability that cannot be limited by law. For other losses we are liable only for losses that were foreseeable when the contract was made. We are not liable for losses related to a business use of the goods.

12. Complaints and disputes
Write to contact@tiagini.com or call +353 85 224 5652 first. We answer every complaint. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not take part in them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. As a consumer you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
14. Customer reviews
The following rules apply for customer reviews of our items:
- Only customers who bought the product through this website are invited to review it. We send the invitation by email after delivery.
- Before a review is published, we check that it belongs to an order of that product.
- We publish reviews regardless of their star rating. We do not pay for reviews, and we do not write reviews ourselves or ask friends, family or employees to write them.
- We do not edit the text of a review.
- We remove a review only if it is unlawful, offensive, contains personal data of other people, or is not about the product. We do not remove reviews because they are negative.
- If we use a third-party review service, it processes review data on our behalf under our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes
We may change these terms. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
