Delivery

Our pieces are knitted in Mongolia and travel from there to your door. That is why delivery takes longer than from a local warehouse.

Where we deliver
We deliver to the European Union countries listed at checkout. If your country is not in the list, write to contact@tiagini.com and we tell you when we can add it.

Delivery time
We dispatch orders within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery takes 7 to 14 days from dispatch, by tracked courier to your door. You receive the tracking number by email when the parcel leaves.

Delivery cost
Delivery costs 9.90 EUR per order. Orders of 250 EUR or more ship free. The cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

VAT and duties
Every price on tiagini.com includes VAT and import duties. We settle them before the parcel reaches you. Nothing is charged at the door, and you never receive a bill from customs or the courier.

Late or missing parcel
If your parcel has not arrived 14 days after dispatch, write to contact@tiagini.com with your order number. We trace it with the courier. If it is lost, we refund you in full or, if you prefer, send a replacement.

Changing your mind
You have 14 days from delivery of the last item in your order to return any item, no reason needed. See our Return and refund policy.
