Returns and refunds

14 days to change your mind
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason. You do not need to give one. This is your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

How to return

  1. Write to contact@tiagini.com or call +353 85 224 5652 within 14 days of delivery. Give your order number and the items you are returning. You can use the cancellation form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to.
  2. We reply with a return reference, usually within one working day.
  3. Send the items to the return address below within 14 days of telling us. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt.
  4. We refund within 14 days of receiving the items, or of receiving your proof of posting, whichever comes first. The refund goes to the payment method you used and includes the delivery charge you paid, if any.

Return cost
You pay the postage for sending the items back. Returns go to our address in Bulgaria, not to Mongolia.

Condition of returned items
Try a piece on as you would in a shop. Please keep the hang tag attached and the cashmere comb unused. If an item comes back with signs of use beyond what is needed to check it, for example worn, washed, soiled or damaged, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value this caused.

Exchanges
We do not run exchanges yet. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

Faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, write to us with a photo. We repair, replace or refund, and we pay the return postage. Your legal guarantee rights under EU law, two years from delivery, are not affected by anything in this policy.
