Our pieces are knitted in Mongolia and travel from there to your door. That is why delivery takes longer than from a local warehouse. Here is what to expect.
Where we deliver
We deliver to Germany and the United States. Other countries appear at checkout as we add them. If your country is not in the list, write to contact@tiagini.com and we tell you when we can add it.
Delivery time
We dispatch orders within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery takes 7 to 14 days from dispatch, by tracked courier to your door, in Europe and in the United States alike. You receive the tracking number by email when the parcel leaves.
Delivery cost
Germany: 9.90 EUR per order, free from 250 EUR.
United States: 11.90 USD per order, free from 300 USD.

Taxes and duties
Every price on tiagini.com includes VAT or sales tax and all import duties, in the EU and in the United States. We settle them before the parcel reaches you. Nothing is charged at the door, and you never receive a bill from customs or the courier.
Late or missing parcel
If your parcel has not arrived 14 days after dispatch, write to contact@tiagini.com with your order number. We trace it with the courier. If it is lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
Changing your mind
You have 14 days from delivery to return any item, no reason needed. See Returns.
